All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), US Dollars (USD), and Euros (EUR) as indicated on the product page. Prices include applicable taxes for Indian orders. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through our website and processed via our payment partner, Paddle. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders within India. International shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing. BabyBooey is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
